While rooms where comfortable, it was odd to have the shower with a glass door and curtain right next to the bed? Rooms were small so maybe a wall to separate the bathroom would not have fit? Wished rooms had coffee/ hot water and cups offered.

Location was very good for our last night in Dresden, being close to the train station for an easy morning to catch our train.

The rooms are small and, it looks like, suitable for business people. There is no kids' area to play.

Well located near the Dresden Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) and the Dresden shopping boulevard, reach walking. The staff is amazing, guaranteed the baby bed in our room, and the breakfast wonderful - my kid is allergic and they could prepare food on the fly.

The bathroom / shower had glass walls with some weird see-through drapes, so if you are not travelling alone - it's very uncomfortable. Also, there were some issues with cleanliness including beds.

The hotel parking lot is a maze. Reaching it requires a bit of exploring the city culminating in a descent into a dimly lit tunnel that unexpectedly emerges beneath the hotel. The experience at the hotel's bar in the evening is equally mixed. The bar staff, while friendly, could benefit from a refresher course in mixology. Preparing a good cocktail is an art form. These are minor shortcomings, but details that, if corrected, could elevate the Pullman Dresden Newa from near-perfect to flawless.

Staying at the Pullman Dresden Newa was an unexpected delight. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the atmosphere struck a balance between welcoming and professional - a testament to the well-trained staff. Our room, upgraded to one of the hotel’s finest, offered stunning views of the promenade and distant glimpses of the old town. The interior featured a unique touch with a swing right in the middle of the room, blending modernist charm with a dash of whimsy. This design choice added an intellectual flair that I hadn't anticipated but greatly appreciated. The restaurant, although decent, presented a rather limited menu. However, the quality of the meals provided was surprisingly good, maintaining a standard that left us satisfied. This hotel certainly sets a high bar for surprising guests in the best possible way.

The room facilities are less than our expectation for Pullman Hotel, there are even no refrigerator and electric kettle. Air Condition didn't well operate, so the room temperature is quite high than outside.

This was my second time stayed in this hotel and check in was very quick and smooth. I liked the room and really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so convenient for shopping, eating, visiting the old town and taking the train. The best place to stay in Dresden.

It was an unusual warm April weekend at 22°C - which lead to really high temperatures in the upper floors in excess of 30°C. Yet, the air condition didn't work as they won't turn it on until May. The staff installed a fan which did help a bit. The windows would only open a tiny bit, not enough to cool down the room.

The breakfast - great selection, freshly made eggs, bigger glasses for beverages (instead of the usual tiny 0,1l ones), and really good bacon! The staff was helpful and kind, the elevator fast and the views great.

I have stayed in two hotels in Dresden and I recommend Pullman. It's very close to train station and also not far from the old town. There are fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle in room. The breakfast is excellent (sugarfree option is a plus) but it could be difficult to find seats during peak hours.

I checked the room's grade over the phone, and the staff told me that my room didn't have a fridge, so I told the staff I would like to pay the additional 21 euros for the upgraded room when I arrived. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff wanted 40 euros, even though I could show her the documentation proving the price when I confirmed with her peer over the phone and email. She requested that I resend the email proof to the specific email, OMG, the upgraded confirmation email was sent by the hotel, she can check it from their email. When I inquired again the next day, the personnel informed me that paying 21 euros was sufficient. I'm depressed, I feel like the hotel thought that I cheated them in this instance. This case ruined my birthday. The room was not really clean, the carpet and sofa had stains.

Good location, 300m+ from the Dresden Central Station, near the commercial center and supermarket. The room with a very good view. Breakfast was very good! worth the money.

The absence of the refrigerator and electric pot inside the room was a little bit uncomfortable for me. And room size was a bit small, but I think that is the general size of the business hotel.

It was a great location and easily access to both places, train station and old city. The breakfast was good enough to enjoy in the aspect of quality. And the staffs were so kind with every answer to my question.

The pillow was too soft and didn't provide neck support. As a business traveller (with a co-worker), the position of the "twin beds" pushed together like a double bed was not ideal, and neither was the way the bathroom was built with all glass surrounds.

Very clean hotel, very generous banquet at the coffee breaks. Location was really good as close access to amenities.
