Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe room floor was dirty. Noisy and you could hear the water sewage of the room upstairs every time they flushed the toilette. No hands or face towels. The elevators doors were closing even when people was getting inside, crashing them.

United KingdomThe size of the room and cleanliness left much to be desired. For a "Best Western" brand, I expected the bathroom to be clean, and while it was, the entire room and corridor on our floor was awfully dingy and dark. The room looked dated and really needed refurbishing. The breakfast was a decent offering, but we only went once and opted to go out for breakfast as nearby eateries instead after that time.
The location was handy and the pricing was good.

United KingdomBreakfast although was good could have been better in that price. In that price more channels should be available. One of them didn’t even have any channels. No matter whether you want it or not they will clean your room every day. You should be in your room to have your room not cleaned. Don’t disturb sign on the door is of no use.
My Room was good, things that was needed were there. Shower to toilet they were all clean and working condition. Good comfortable double bed with two 26 inch tv. My friend just had one tv in his room though. By the way not many channels were there. In my room was a double sofa and on the side a table along with kettle,cups and coffee/tea. No milk though. Near by there are a lot of restaurants/ shops. MTR is not far away from here. Good location 24hr open. For me breakfast was included and was descent.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of my room. The quietness of the room is average. The free WiFi was not informed to me at the arrival, when I queried about it, the staff was very impatient and the body language is very not friendly 😑
