In the booking.com they mentioned they will provide bus to SNEC, for this conformation i book the hotel. First day they tell me around 8 , i miss a bus by 1 minute. however next day i was before time , no bus was going to snec. then staff told me they saying about another expo. Before that they confirm me while booking and first day , they go to snec , The exhibition was around 1 hour drive from hotel. each time i need to book a taxi to go thier and come back. very little english spoken by the staff , hardly 1.2 person in three days ,

Just perfect !! The room's view of xi'an was beautiful, the situation of the hotel was so convenient ( near subway, convenience store and shopping's store). And the room .. the bed is so great. Beautiful stay !! The housekeeping's service (ladies) on the 11th floor was so nice and helpful. And your tea time (free) is also a nice break during a hot day !! Thanks

The hotel looked very nice and the airport transfer was convenient. Room was big and clean! Bed was super comfy and I got some really nice complimentary cakes for breakfast.

Apparently, the hotel has a different name than stated on Booking.com. I didn't get a reply when I requested an early check-in and airport transfer. When I tried to call the number in booking.com, nobody was able to help me in English. Therefore, I was confused and waited for an hour at the airport, not sure if someone was coming to pick me up. I was approached by a driver from the Starway hotel, I was sure this wasn't my pick up. He barely spoke English, but came back with an English speaking receptionist on the phone. She reassured me that I had to take this transfer. Later, I found out that Starway Hotel was indeed the name of the hotel, not Jiayu, as stated in booking.com. It would have prevented a lot of inconvenience if this was communicated beforehand. I have to say, eventually, they did pick me up, and I was able to do an early check-in. But it would have been nice to know this beforehand.

Everything was impeccable. Absolutely nothing to fault. Amazing service, exceptional food and services. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and pillows.
