It was my last day and I missed my flight so I rebooked the hotel for an extra night and Alice was so wonderful she checked me back in in less than 5 minutes and even brought me a complimentary fruit basket to cheer up my mood, I mean that was such a beautiful gesture and very thoughtful. Can’t wait to be back in September. Thank you Alice you’re the best

The location is great as it is in the middle of the city and is rather close to the nearest train station. When I entered, I was welcomed by the owner whereby he introduced the facilities to me and recommended good food and places to go. I also had a really insightful conversation with the owners. Furthermore, the coffee provided was also excellent!

The location was superb as it is located at Lijiang ancient town, which is accessible to anywhere else. It is also worthwhile to take a stroll at night to chill. There were many food stalls around, thus I had many food options to choose from. The staff working there is also very helpful whenever I face problems. Would miss my time there!

The location was great with the nice scenery that can be seen right from the apartment. It is also close to West Street which is a good location to stroll at night. Other travellers there are very friendly and sociable, hence I managed to interact with people from different nationalities.

There were only staircase there and I have to drag my luggage up when I check in and then drag it down when I check out. It wouldnt be a problem for those who pack light.
