They organise all the tours and also had in-house full-body & foot massage which was very relaxing after a long stay. Location is excellent.”

Anna Mao in the lounge was very attentive and thoughtful, the glasses are always filled, questions are always answered.Happy hour at the club lounge is not the normal “hors d'oeuvre”, you can basically have dinner there. View from the room is great too! I stayed in 2 shangri-la hotels in this trip but Guilin Shangri-la is next level compared to the other one. We truely enjoy the stay and hoping to come back again.”

On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have.
