the facility is a bit old and small understandably due to the hotel's central location, but for a family with children they may find the hotel is not as spacious as those in the suburbs. Also the parking space is limited when we arrive probably due to renovation of garage.

Location is perfect for visitors, and the day-pass is a must to have for visiting the city with all the great transportation means, such as bus, cable car, cable lift, train, etc.

Comfortable, clean and cosy room with a balcony overlooking the main roundabout. Enough space for us and the kids. Complimentary pickup and drop-off from train station. Nice restaurant where we enjoyed both a relaxed breakfast and a delicious dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to explore the town from. Enjoyed music at the jazz festival playing right in the hotel courtyard during our stay.

1. Hotel located at central, the room is clean, warm, decorated by wood, smells great. 2. Providing city transportation card for bus, cable car, rack railway. We do really enjoy our stay at this beautiful city. 3. Near by lake of St. Moritz, it’s worthy to take a walk at the rounded lake trail.

A minibar or a fridge in the room would have been nice. Also, it was a little weird that the only access to the restaurant was through the lift or the street, which was kinda uncomfortable when more people tried to get to the buffet for breakfast etc.

The hotel was at a very accessible place, near to everything. The staff was helpful and kind at all times. The room was big, cozy, with a nice, natural atmosphere. We got a card that we could use on any public transfortation (it even enabled us to ride up to the top of the mountain in the cable car for free!). The restaurant was well-staffed and offered excellent meals.

This hotel is perfect. Location, staff and food are excellent. Their staff are very friendly. We love their food so much that we had almost all our meals in the restaurant during our 3 nights stay. Will definitely go back.

The raised entrance to the bathroom and the door couldn't close properly without a "violent" bang for the latch to catch.

The pick up service was waiting for us as we arrived by train. The hotel was clean cut and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

At dinner, they charged (a lot!) for a carafe of tap water. There was a lot of noise from construction (starting earlier and ending later than we were notified of shortly before arriving.)

Building work taking place on terrace but it was a minor inconvenience and will be short lived I hope.

nothing much really, however there was construction going on in front of the hotel which spoilt the view & was noisy at times. not the hotels fault.

From the welcome by Natascha (spelling?) which was warm & friendly when we arrived after 9pm to a lovely clean room with a comfortable bed & a decent breakfast in the morning - this was a very pleasant overnight stay!
