The location was extremely convenient for me, the staff was very friendly, and I liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap bottles.

United States of AmericaWe broke our stay into two parts because we spent a night babysitting in the middle of our stay. On our last night, our room was stuffy. We opened the window, but there was a lot of noise. We could have used a tutorial on how to operate the heating system.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time visiting our young grandchildren in Parkton, so the location was perfect. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom door in the hotel room didn't close all the way. This was a little uncomfortable and for the price I would have expected a working bathroom door. My room was also supposed to have a balcony which I was looking forward to. I paid for a suite because of the balcony but when we arrived we didn't have a balcony. It didn't look like any rooms had balconies so that may be a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. Also, my friend said there was hair all over his "clean" bath towel.
The location was great! After staying in Fayetteville the previous night I waned to check out Hope Mills and I appreciated the relaxing feel of the town. The hotel was close to multiple parks, restaurants and plenty of entertainment. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaWhile the 6 days there, the breakfast never changed. A bit more options a couple of times a week would be great. My husband is allregic to eggs and does not eat pork. It would be nice if turkey sausage or turkey bacon was served as well as french toast maybe once or twice a week.
The breakfast tasted good and appreciated coffee and tea offered. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and always stocked. The manager Sandy was very proactive and solved the problem I had with Booking.com.
