We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our hosts Esther and Bruce were simply wonderful, they made our short stay fabulous. They were so helpful and friendly and gave us information about local walks and places to eat and drink. Location was perfect, 2 minutes from the main Street with restaurants and bars and 5 minutes to the water front. The room itself was very nice we had the whole of the 3rd floor and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super and all home made by our hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We really didn't want to leave but when we had to Esther even told us to take a detour to see more of the beautiful sights and we are glad we did! Thank you so much for a very memorable stay x

CanadaPersonal duvets would have been nice, a Danish way of sleeping. Each person has a twin-sized feather quilt and therefore there’s no tugging of the covers from one’s partner.
Easily within walking distance to the center of Gananoque and the Thousand Islands Playhouse. Breakfast was scrumptious; a fresh fruit bowl, yogurt and granola, choice of omelette, eggs, bacon, sausage, Eggs Benedict, pancakes with maple syrup, three jams, coffee or tea. Best B&B breakfast ever!

The hosts couldn't have been any more welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding and parking was perfect, Location was also great. The bathroom was huge and had everything anyone could possibly need.

The property is so charming- authentic to the time, easily walkable to the town and waterfront. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and served hot. I'd mentioned I am lactose intolerant and was provided with oat milk for my coffee - a nice surprise. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, much appreciated! The bed was very comfortable and the room very pretty and tranquil. Walking distance to many attractions.
