The electrical outlet near the bed is located behind the bed, so it's very difficult to plug my CPAP machine.

The location is very close to Arrowhead Provincial Park.

Lack of ground maintenance could use a few gardens and some out door chairs for us smokers , no coffee in the room coffee maker took two hrs to drop two cups of water ..and only two towels no cloths in room.

- Very dirty towels with black debris on it. - Stains on the bed sheets. - The window seems miss a piece of glass. It should be double layered, but with the missing glass, the wind can come in directly through the gap between the first and the second layer. - No hot water to bath. The first time we talked to the staff, we were told that the hot water could be exhausted. Actually, we had been in the room for two hours, during which we tried but get no hot water at all. I don't believe it takes two hours and still didn't get water boiled. The second time we try to reach the staff. Their door was locked (even within the proposed service time, it was only 9 in the evening). I need to ring the doorbell. And they told us there is no solution to the issue, let alone any compensation. I do understand that the rooms are fully booked. But at least they should provide an inspection on the water tank to see if it still works. - The room confirmation doc that I signed shows only one room but we booked two rooms instead. When I double confirmed with the staff, he said we will get 2 rooms and told us to ignore the doc. It looks like that they play some tricks with tax reporting.

- The room heating is good and warm. - The bed is comfortable. - Fridge and microwave available. - The bedtime readings are interesting.

It’s dirty , and old. I guess is good to stay for one night , and also For single travellers, not for families.

It’s close to Huntsville downtown, so many Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Close to Arrowhead provincial park.

It was cheap motel. Just needed a bed. Met my needs.

I stayed in room 18 and didn't get a wifi signal, which is something important to me when I'm away from home.

The room was large, I was upgraded to a comfortable king size bed for no cost, the TV worked, the fridge kept my drinks cold, and the woman at the reception desk was friendly.

It's a little run down.

The bed was comfortable. I slept well, which is the most important thing. We stayed for one night as part of a stop-over. So, it met our needs. I had a couple of fun little walks on the property with the dog.

I can’t really complain. A taad dated and I need of a demo.

I needed a roof over my bed, a bed, and a secure place to park my motorcycle. This lace provided all of that.

I stayed there 15 yrs ago and loved it. Very cute place and with the river right there and lots of open space to play with my kids, it was great. Now its run down and dirty. My bed sheets had blood spots on them. The landscape was overgrown and messy.

Its a quiet remote place. Lots of potential if updated.

Although everything worked it all appeared sad. The towels were thin and some stained. The tub needed caulking. There was a lightbulb missing. There were no bedspreads so it was pretty spartan. There was dust and dirt around the windows and the deck hadn't been swept. The reception area was messy and appeared dirty.

My room was in a separate building across the road from the office next to Hwy 11 (noise from transports) only 1 other unit occupied - they put me beside that unit (someone who had rented the unit for several days - could tell by the mound of cigarette butts on the ground by that unit) that renter had a large dog that was inside its unit (looked like a Mastiff when I encountered it next morning) - they could have put me in any of the other empty units away from the unit with the dog - the dog barked a few times that night but nothing too annoying - next morning as I went to load my belongings the dog was tied up outside the door to the unit beside mine - as I opened the door the dog aggressively lunged at me barking & getting as close as the rope allowed - the owner was outside - he grabbed the dog & quieted it told me the dog was a "good" dog- I had to take a few trips to load my car - the dog was as aggressive each time I walked to my car - the management should have put me in a unit further from this one with the dog - anyone with a fear of dogs would have been terrified - no damage to me except to get the hell out of there
