Can't think of anything that would be better.

The breakfast was nice, no one to help, but lots to eat and choose from. The rooms are clean and spacious. Liz was very nice when we checked out. I would highly recommend this mote.

When we checked in the staff member mentioned the breakfast being basic. So we where prepared. Let's say it was basic, with a lot of disposals. I would rate it a 5 at the most. But saying that, everything was there, but no atmosphere or staff. Having breakfast at Ricki's would have been better. Maybe a voucher or discount there would be a good idea.

The location was good for us , on our way to Vancouver. With a Tesla charger on the corner. very convinient.

I had planned to watch the world junior hockey game once I was done work and found the tv did not have high def. For $200/night I figure hi def would be included not like a low budget hotel.

They double charged my creditcard after paying in full via booking.com. The problem has been solved but the conversation with the manager was not pleasant. She was rude and did not apologize for this error.

The room wasn't totally clean. There was garbage left from the previous customer. For the price, my expectation is that the beds would be made even if you didn't clean the room.

The breakfast was passible. There was not much there for someone who is gluten free and I would prefer sugar free juice. The juice was not good.

No pool or hot tub, the place was empty and we requested an upgrade but we were denied.... and the price for 1 night was astronomical considering

Curtains did not hang porperly, letting light in. Staff useless to fix. Itès broken Dah!!!. Honet light fiture in bathroom, Toilet filthy. Dust ring around endge of carpet. Dust on light outlets. Had to ask for food on lst day. $173 bucks and no breakfast. No pool. Not informed and no discount. Lousy.

Unfortunately, our toilet bowl had a rim of maybe mold around the water line, there was a small amount of garbage (tin cans and some kleenex) in a garbage can by the door, and our TV remote was dead, so we had to get new batteries.

You overcharge--pathetic breakfast-- Coffee maker in room-dirty--used teabag still in apparatus- No water for coffee dispenser--no cream or milk-- (Hopefully you didn't expect me to access water from bathroom for purposes of drinking) Really poor service

The room was overpriced compared to the hotel I usually use (Creston Hotel). In fact it was twice the price. To be fair the Ramada is much nicer but it is not twice as good.

The facilities were commendable! There was a fantastic plan for this hotel with the complimentary breakfast, filled with good simple, fresh choices and impressive fitness facility. Unfortunately though the check in staff was very friendly, I feel like most of the staff would improve with some strong mentoring. And it would be helpful if the breakfast attendant didn’t look like a guest who just rolled out of bed. Also the staff needs to be more aware and prepared. During increased covid regulations, the gym had NO way of disinfecting equipment (even though there was a sign directing patrons wiped down equipment with the ‘provided’ cleaners, and the hand sanitizer was empty. Also the water cooler was empty and no cups in the dispenser. There was no maid service, I’m guessing due to covid, however we were not informed of this at check in nor any time during our stay. In the hotel binder, it stated that we could get complimentary pool passes for the town’s leisure centre, however, when I requested them I was just told they were not doing that. All in all, even though I have quite a bit of feedback, we did enjoy our stay.

There was no plug in at the head of the bed for a c pap machine or a night stand at the head of the bed to put the machine on.
