CanadaWhen we checked in the staff member mentioned the breakfast being basic. So we where prepared. Let's say it was basic, with a lot of disposals. I would rate it a 5 at the most. But saying that, everything was there, but no atmosphere or staff. Having breakfast at Ricki's would have been better. Maybe a voucher or discount there would be a good idea.
The location was good for us , on our way to Vancouver. With a Tesla charger on the corner. very convinient.

Dust on light outlets. Had to ask for food on lst day. $173 bucks and no breakfast. No pool. Not informed and no discount. Lousy.

The facilities were commendable! There was a fantastic plan for this hotel with the complimentary breakfast, filled with good simple, fresh choices and impressive fitness facility. Unfortunately though the check in staff was very friendly, I feel like most of the staff would improve with some strong mentoring. And it would be helpful if the breakfast attendant didn’t look like a guest who just rolled out of bed. Also the staff needs to be more aware and prepared. During increased covid regulations, the gym had NO way of disinfecting equipment (even though there was a sign directing patrons wiped down equipment with the ‘provided’ cleaners, and the hand sanitizer was empty. Also the water cooler was empty and no cups in the dispenser. There was no maid service, I’m guessing due to covid, however we were not informed of this at check in nor any time during our stay. In the hotel binder, it stated that we could get complimentary pool passes for the town’s leisure centre, however, when I requested them I was just told they were not doing that. All in all, even though I have quite a bit of feedback, we did enjoy our stay.
