Friendly staff and a different selection of food prepared each day, chef was very nice and also the entertainment staff at the hotel were very good with the kids and adult entertainment each day and throughout the evening. For anyone that is planning to stay in this place and has a child that is autistic please don't worry, our son is 11 and has extreme anxiety and food avoidance I can honestly say I've ever seen my son so relaxed when staying here and he always found something he liked to eat. Also just want to add that Sito and the girls in entertainment were fantastic

The beds were rock solid, that is my only gripe need softer mattresses, i'm sure the pools could be heated up even more with the use of solar panels etc. No microwave in the room.

Excellent apartments, from the outset we were really impressed with these apartments, friendly helpful staff, we were staying on the second floor with lovely pool and sea view, lovely village feel to this large complex, well spread out and not high rise only 2 floors, the apartment was large and the added bonus of the sofa bed made up already for our late arrival, there is 2 swimming pools one up by the snack bar and animation team, the second located in the other section, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, lovely grounds around the hotel and really well maintained, cleaner in everyday during our stay which shows how well this place is maintained, the pool was cleaned everyday, slight chill going in but once in fully it was a lovely large pool, certainly not fully heated but absolutely lovely to go in during the warm weather. The entertainment team were brilliant, great kids club on everyday our kids loved going to it and they loved the mini disco every evening, there was a different show on every night after the mini disco, these were great, from the magic show to bingo and the variety act that included acrobatics to juggling absolutely brilliant, close walk to some nice restaurants, O'Sheas was our favourite great service we went self catering. Launderette on site if we had known this would have packed less for 4 euro just have to get your own detergent ! Supermarket on site ideal if badly stuck for items or a short walk down to Spar, steps down to that area by the taxi rank, there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel, the main bus stop is just a few minutes away down opposite the Illunion hotel on the main road. Public transport very reasonable.

Location was ok, a good 90 min beachside walk to PDC. There’s a shop and few restaurants only a 5 min walk away at the shopping centre, but the restaurants at shopping centre quickly wear thin. It was incredibly windy on our visit so unable to use pool as it was freezing, even when sunny, don’t think it was heated. Had to pay for WiFi but only got it for 7 days even though our stay was 10 days.

Clean and spacious apartment. Grounds are also very well kept. First floor rooms all have good sun exposure and decent size balcony.

Only a small issue. I would have liked extra pillows. I asked for one at reception and was told it would be delivered to our apartment but it never came.

The location & the quietness It was our wedding anniversary & a bottle of Cava was in our room, such a lovely touch.

The food. We fortunately on paid to have breakfast we went on our first morning and decided to go out along the front. Lots of quantity but no quality. Drinks didn’t taste as the should apple juice was sour. Scrambled eggs were bland and cold. Cheese was the British version of plastic cheese. The melon was probably the only good piece of food.

Location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the sea front. Lots of bars and restaurants in a square which you can see from the front of the apartments. Sea view balcony was amazing

Unfortunately we were told we didn't need a key for the safe, hence we couldn't leave things in it. Hence put our home keys in a safe place but they ended up getting left behind and unfortunately ive been unable to get them back. My son went to reception in the morning to ask for maintenance man to sort it. He asked about key and wasn't happy we didn't have one. I think he must have said something to someone as the receptionist that didn't give us a key avoided us the rest of our stay.

We were in a lovely part that was lovely and peaceful, a bit hilly. Granddaughter loved that we were near the swimming pool.

White wine on all inclusive is not nice at all Would have liked a late check out but receptionist told me NO chance too busy yet when we left at 14:30 our Room hadn’t been cleaned so we could have had it!

Lovely and clean every where nice big dining room and huge bar and entertainment venue the AI option at £26 Euro per person is a Bargain and food choice in restaurant and snack bar is great

Nothing really but microwave would have been handy.

Location is perfect. Taxi rank outside complex and bus stop into town 10 minutes walk. Pools are well maintained. Loved the rough towels which were changed frequently. Great shower. Staff are very helpful. We didn't eat there as there are so many restaurants a few minutes walk away. Will return!
