There wasn't any gluten free or dairy free options for breakfast. Orange juice was gone bad. I have received my 50$ deposit back

There was couple a few doors down and I could hear her coughing like she was right next to me. That couple was very noisy at 6 am. Not a good thing after such a windy night

When we check in the front staff was not inviting! the guy was very quiet never told us about the charges to your card. we had to ask when me check out! the lady was very nice and told us about the security deposit for the room. which I knew about he never told us how much it would be. the front desk was not inviting at all.

Everything was great, breakfast was amazing! it was so filling the choice was super! The rooms were great beds very great to sleep in!

The room was too expensive, but I booked last minute. Sometimes it is hard when you are travelling for business to book ahead and I don't like being penalized for that. I can't afford it, but I need a good place to rest. Thank you for that. Too much disposable plastic.

Breakfast food was OK. Please have plant-based milk options! Good hours, fast service. Room and bed very comfy. Good location- easy to access from the road. Lots of free parking. Quiet.

Parking was very tight. Had a hard time getting out of the parking space. The layout of the hotel is hard to find your way around, had to go to the lobby and switch elevators to get to our room.

I'm sure you hear this often, the parking was ok, but was confusing when parking in the back. Hard to navigate throughout the two buildings. I got lost a couple of times.

I liked that the breakfast was open until 11am. The staff met my needs as far as cleaning with unscented products for my allergies. The room was spacious and the view was great!

Beds were too soft, as well as the pillows. Fan in our bathroom didn't work. Music from a wedding reception on the 3rd floor could be heard quite loud in our room on the SEVENTH floor! Rules MUST be put into place to limit the volume at these receptions. The parking lot was very tight, and way too narrow in places.

Check-in was great, Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great both days. The changing menu for breakfast was different than other hotels that offer the same breakfast every day.

Our room was small, tight for getting around the beds, very noisy, did not have easy access to the room, couldn't turn the heater/air conditioner off and parking was quite a distance from our room when you have luggage and pets to bring in.

The staff and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Happy that the hotel was pet friendly. Great shower!

It was extremely expensive for a mid range hotel. The location isn't good if you are working at downtown. The traffic is very challenging coming in and out of the roundabout. So if you are keeping bankers hours for work, it is not convenient.
