Not as advertised, no coffee maker was in room, had to ask for it along with everything that should have been with it. No place to hang a coat. Dresser draws were not clean, would not unpack and use them. Seem to be alot of people hanging around and coming and going all times of the night.

Location was the reason I booked it.

Very unsanitary. Mattresses are filty, very old, lots of stains, big holes on the mattress, burn from a cigarette. Very old furnitures. Old bathroom towels. Not properly clean. Very poor customer service. One employee was very rude, she threw to us the toilet paper instead of giving it to us. Washroom has no toilet paper. Not suitable to run as a motel at all. They don't have a concept how a motel would look like and how customer service should be.

Almost everything, I was afraid to touch anything. Upholstery, surfaces of furniture, blanket ( with a collection of dust), hanging electric cords, sticky switches, walls, doors, bathtub and bathtub curtain (it looked like an old rug) did not invite. Reception area awful.

They don’t provide breakfast, wifi, soap, shampoo, conditioner. They have an impolite, rude, not educated lady attending the front desk. I paid for 3 nights $152 cnd. I add 1 more night and they charged me $94 cnd.

Was not cleaned before arrival, Window hinge was completely broken and big enough for a person to walk through, window had to be bolted shut. When I opened one of the drawers there was a fresh red blood like substance on the bottom. Overall we all felt very unsafe and noticed some shady stuff happening so we left way before checkout.

Everything. The bed linens and mattress looked like someone had bled and puked on it and the sheet that was just draped over the sofa was there to cover the dirtiest stained old cushions that I wouldn't let my dog lay on. Holes in the wall. Black dirty walls. The whole place looked like it hasn't been cleaned since 1970

Nothing! It was filthy disgustingly dirty and stunk of musty old cigarettes. Never seen anything like it. Wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it. Was refused a refund as well. Rude.

I was charged an extra $150 on my credit card and will not be using booking.com again. The room was filthy. There were no blankets on the bed, and we were given some that were very questionable. I was looking for a last-minute stay for my family, and we are somewhat traumatized now. Facility smelt like harsh chemicals . The family did not seem interested at all in running this facility. It should be shut down or used as a homeless shelter.
