The room had no coffee machine - which really was frustrating, as we like to drink coffee when we wake up.

Hotel transfer from resort to airport is extortionate. Better to grab a licensed taxi or Uber. Some reception staff seriously lack just a basic smile and should feel more interested in their guests, even when they check out.

Comfortable room, clean, spacious, good WiFi throughout resort, excellent buffet dinner and lunch and breakfast.

Resort is quite far from everything. Buffet from dinner become very repetitive after a couple of nights. Ifood delivers food which was great to vary the menu. Room overall very comfortable just the small fridge makes a lot of noise at night. A kettle is a must that should be added in the room to make hot water. A dunna wasn't available, needed to request extra blanket. No water filter available, you will always need to buy water for R$9 a 300ml bottle. Pool bathroom needs more frequently cleaning and the hotel staff hide in the bathroom for their breaks and charge phone.

Great facilities, nice pool, room are comfortable. Bit strong smell of bleaching to start, needed to change rooms. Staff super friendly and it has a beautiful layout. Nice and relaxing to enjoy mature. Easy to get uber and ifood delivery.

The breakfast selection was okay, wished there were more variety like fruits and meat selection. My room had issues with the air condition, and the shower drain was sluggish, needed to change room twice, before I decided to upgrade my room

Booking.com quoted different price in pounds and they charged more than that. It seems booking.com was not honest fair with is customers

Dinner could open a little earlier (I saw families with young children waiting outside each evening) and it was necessary to taxi everywhere due to location, however not really an issue as everything available onsite.

Very good location, close to the airport and Park Nacional Iguazu to take tour of Iguazu Falls. It is a very clean hotel. Love the pool access and the quite environment. Room was very comfortable; good and various breakfast. Free WIFI was available in the room with a good signal.

Fabulous place to stay. Stayed 5 nights half board and food was fantastic, huge amount of excellent quality food with varied choice. Great pool for cooling off after a hot day at the falls. All staff friendly.
