The terrible sewage smell in the bathroom which pervaded the bedroom if the bathroom door was left open.

Distance to nearby attractions, including shops & restaurants requires a taxi. The restaurant at this hotel was chaotic, poor quality and average at best.

The rooms are comfortable, especially the upgraded room which is great value for money! Facilities are plenty & lots to do for our toddler.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great out-of-town location for visiting the Falls. Comfortable room with everything we needed for our short stay. Lovely big breakfast buffet. We also had an excellent deal for our stay and it was brilliant value for money.

The city itself is a bit away and lacks a nice area with restaurants. It would have been nice therefore if the hotel restaurant had a bit more of a dining atmosphere than breakfast hall.

The juice is watery. The Room walls are very thin and you can hear people snoring. There is no bathroom to change near the thermal pool. in our case, it was winter so we had to run till the front room.

The hotel is close to the brazilian's falls and the airport. It has a transfer service, which is great. Breakfast has a nice variety, it's not tasty, but its ok. The thermal pool is wonderful. The room for three people is spacious, the bathroom is good, the towels are fluffy, the internet works great, only the tv is old and not everyone can see it. The air conditioning also works very well. The room were cleaned every day which was great.

1. No veggies for breakfast but I guess I had the same issue in previous hotels in Brazil, so sth you need to get used to. 2. Personnel did not speak English which made check in harder. Also when trying to order room service, person on the other side didn’t speak English so they simply hang up.

Air condition was very week and rooms has very hot and I changed 3 rooms till I find room have good air condition.

The rooms don't have mosquito nets. Mosquitoes are roaming during the day hours too so every time you open the windows you are risking being invaded. The music by the swimming is awfully loud. Even during the week or afternoon that someone may want to relax the music is banging.

they didn’t make our beds three days in a row, they did not replace all the towels, check in took entirely too long, no English speaking staff, the drinks were not consistent: the gin tonic I had on day one tasted way different from the one on say two which had too much lime juice, cleaning lady came at 3pm while we were trying to take a nap whereby that should’ve been done in the morning hours while we were gone (in my opinion), loud hotel guests in the corridor
