Bathrooms need to be taken care of. Better cleaning needed @ shower or rekaulking. Restaurant attendants need to be more attentive.

The first room we booked was a studio and on the website the pictures are very deceiving as the room looked much bigger, but when we got in there we were immediately overwhelmed with how small it was. As soon as we arrived we asked to upgrade to a suit as we could not have stayed in the studio for 1 night let alone 7 nights. There was not even room to put a suitcase down. We were really unhappy and dissatisfied that the pool was closed whilst we were there, the only reason we booked this particular hotel was because of the pool and us wanting to use it everyday. We feel we should have been told in an email or the website should have advised of the closure. We feel we should have been offered a discount or at least got our upgrade of our room as complimentary due to the inconvenience of no pool.

The location was not as we thought and was quite a long way from everything. The breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile. The lady receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Also as my partner is Brazilian and I am English with very little use of the Portuguese language it was great that this lady spoke excellent English.

Everything was great including room service, bar service. However cleaning needs to be improved. Hotel needs renovation desperately.

Shower was doing ah huge noise something like a hammer hitting the wall. It was super weird. Small TV’s combining with few channels available and last but not least, the walls are not soundproof. During the night you can hear absolutely everything, mainly if you stay in a room door to door with the elevator as I did.

I stayed at the bigger room hotel for 2 adults. AC was working very good, comfy bed and mini-freezer with an good room for food.

One day came to room and there was a guy fixing AC. Don’t think everything was working in the room and they figured it out before we reported it Was strange. One time came back to room and door was wide open

- room smelled like urine, had mold in several places and the floor was so dirty that our feet’s were black at the bottom. - changed rooms and the guy at the front desk gave me a key to the wrong room. I opened the door and a man was inside the room. then I got the right key… - I ordered a coffee at the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to receive it. A SIMPLE COFFEE. - needs renovation immediately - a couple girls at the front desk need training to be more welcome. I felt pretty bad trying to solve a few problems with them. I speak Portuguese, so it would be easier to talk to them, until we got to the point that I was tired of speaking to them and receiving bad looks that I had my English-only speaker husband to talk to them to see if they could treat him better or try to actually solve the issues.

When we arrived my husband who has a bad back was struggling to bring our luggage up the steps to the lounge. A young man who was just sitting outside the front lobby door just stood there and did not help at all. This really bothered me. What happened to great customer service!

Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. Amazing cocktails at the bar.

Bedsheets weren’t overly clean and barely covered the mattress. No soap or shower gel in the room as both bottles were empty. Rooms looked very tired.

I stayed in 2 rooms, all in one of the topmost floors (16th), and both of them were very noisy. You could hear the neighbours upstairs flushing the toilet, and even morning you could hear them working out in some kind of treadmill at 7AM.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of variety. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Location was great.
