Everything!!! Best birthday stay, room upgraded, prosecco and chocolate on tap! Reception staff super helpful, breakfast vast and tasty. The post-it notes for tips, the chill out area, the playroom, everything was wonderful! Wish we could live there!

Room needed a bit more lighting. No light near door or where kettle and coffee machine were and light over the bed didn’t work.

Quirky, funky cool rooms. Had all required amenities. Close to attractions so easy to walk around including train station. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Wished we stayed one more day but would recommend and stay again.

Inconsiderate guests who think they can be load at 3am-but that “specy” you get everywhere

We reserved for a parking place and they gave us a paper with our parking number in the parking lot. However, when we arrived, it was already occupied by others. We had to go back to the reception and we were lucky that someone gave their parking space to us since they did not reserve one and gave us the last empty space. The reception said that they cannot track the car plates and this happens frequently which I think they should figure a way to solve it since we were spending so much time on this little issue.

A very nice funky well appointed property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was very quiet and a great place to stay for the two nights we were there from New Zealand. Thoroughly recommend.

This hotel had it all, just no fridge.

Pretty cheap parking. Hotel had espresso machine, Prosecco and really everything you could want, just no fridge. Great location and quiet. We really enjoyed the roof top garden to have a beer at night.

Very clean and modern- like staying in a modern museum of art! Very good location for touring old town Innsbruck- relaxing spaces all over the hotel, in and out; great room cleaning services!

The staff went out of their way to make our Anniversary stay unique and special. We enjoyed the decor, the unique ‘social’ spaces - rooftop bar, outdoor patio, and the Infrared Spa after a long hike! The bed and pillows made for good sleeps and while there was a little noise from the street, it didn’t phase us. The bus stop at the end of the street was excellent along with easy walk to the main areas. Highly recommend Nala Indiveduel Hotel.

The hotel is located on a small street, that you would think would be a quiet area, but two out of our 4 nights there, we listened to parties/gatherings from nearby.

Definitely loved the room. So unique and Zen. We were lucky to have a fantastic view of the ski jump!—with big windows to stare at it from bed. The bed, comforter, and pillows were so comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always welcoming with hellos and smiles. The reception had Prosecco, fruit, flavored water, and candies available. The room came with a small bottle of Prosecco as well. The hotel has a great side and back deck with chairs and tables to sit within the foliage and soak in the mountain views. It also had a beautiful restaurant they use for breakfast, but we didn’t partake so can’t say about the food. The hotel location is a 5-7 minute walk to the “Main Street” (Maria Theresa Strasse). Since we stayed 3+ nights, we were given a “Welcome Card” which allowed us free rides on all city transport, which we used a lot!
