The location and the property were amazing. Staff were super nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The lady at the reception (don't recall her name now) deserves a special shoutout - she arranged an early breakfast for us with special vegan options and personally served us and ensured that we were comfortable with the food.

The room was spacious with a very rustic charm. The view from the room was a lotus pond with a lot of koi fish. The room is located just beside a kurst formation, and surrounded by greenery. The staff are helpful and helped a great deal with our itinerary at ninh binh.

Very clean, comfortable and quite rooms with a great view. The perfect place to relax and get out from the noisy Hanoi! Amazing hospitality and great location. All the sites where easily reached by bike and the bikes where in great condition. Even the restaurant of the hotel was impeccable! 10/10 :)
