Apartment was modern (as the title implies) and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Came with all of the dishes, utensils, and cookware you may need. TVs in every room. Only 1 or 2 blocks away from Collins Avenue (main street along the beach in Sunny Isles) and across from the Acqualina resort.
the property was very clean, there is a mini store downstairs that was very convenient! really liked that you had to use a key fob to get in and out of the resort. The view was amazing even though it wasn’t right on the beach! the host was very helpful and professional! if I’m the area again will definitely stay!
everything, staff was excellent, our Waiter At dinner time gave us such excellent service, thank you Christian the drinks he prepared delicious. definitely will return to this resort again.
The apartment is a part of Marenas Beach Resort, just steps from the Ocean. What you pay for is the view, which was amazing🥰 We liked the idea that we could use the pool and get a beach chair or umbrella by the ocean. The apartment has a kitchen, which is very convenient when traveling with a kid. On the other hand you can always go to the restaurant, which is on the Ground Floor.
The company that takes care of the apartment is very responsive to what you might need, also has lots of suggestions where to eat, shop and entertain.
