Built in 1940, this Spanish mansion on Hollywood Beach features a 6,000-square-foot beach lounge with beach-side cabanas, a hot tub, sauna, and sundeck. Hollywood Boardwalk restaurants and boutiques are 1 minutes’ walk from the hotel. A 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix, fully-equipped kitchen, and iPod docking station are found in all studios and apartments at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa. A balcony or patio and sofa bed are also included. Guests of Villa Sinclair can relax in the hot tub or large beachside hammocks. A library, 60-inch outdoor TVs with Netflix, and 4 barbecue facilities are provided. Outdoor film nights with popcorn are offered as well. Jet ski, parasailing, and scooter hires are available on the beach. Red Buddha Bar & Hookah Lounge is available onsite. iPad hires, free WiFi, and Netflix are available onsite. Guests can also enjoy a coffee, espresso, tea, or other beverages. A guest champagne reception is featured every Friday. 1- VIP guests citywide streets parking for usd 10 per day, per car (for one car per unit). the streets parking pass allow guests to park anywhere in the city of hollywood on designated streets city parking spaces ( no parking lot-no parking garage).
2- Reserved Beach Parking on site for USD 20 per day, per car.
3- Reserved Beach Parking on next door parking lot for USD 35 per day.

A security deposit of USD 100 and the estimated parking fees are charged upon check-in for a stay of 1 to 3 nights.

Since we rent studios 1 & 2 bedroom beach suites with full equipped kitchen, turn over takes about 2 hours for each suite & most of the guests who stay 2+ nights use the kitchen.
On our menu we have a final deep cleaning fee of USD 30 for normal cleaning for 2+ nights stay
USD 30/h for extra cleaning for guests who really trash their suite
+ USD 250/ deep steam cleaning for guests smoking inside their suite.
City of Hollywood Has implemented a new Streets Parking Pass System for Hotel guests who will have to enter their Tag & pay for Parking Streets daily rate is USD 20/Day + taxes.
VIP guest beach parking pass is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
USD 20 per day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or USD 90 per week.
2+ Nights Stay: Final Deep Cleaning= $30
If Suite is returned extremely Messy, Dirty & Require Extended Cleaning time $30/h will be added upon management discretion.
