Not too much things for kids to brake but enough to make this place warm and inviting.Fantastic kitchen!Big fridge and freezer, microwave and few other gadgets 😁Washing machines and dryers at the same level so I was able to wash towels and go back home with clean clothes from holiday!wonderful swimming pool and 4min away from the beach.In Miami car is necessary so car space was also provided.Definitely will go back there again.

The living conditions, cleanliness, safety for children, and helpfulness of the staff were excellent. We really liked the pool, general convenient infrastructure, proximity to supermarkets and entertainment centers. Beach 5 minutes walk, free beach chairs and toys for children. Breakfasts are sufficient to keep children happy. Opportunity to receive timely assistance from staff regarding any issues that may arise. In particular I want to thank Maryann Solomon Medeira, Front Office Manager. We were impressed by your professionalism and diligence in providing excellent living conditions. Your work and attention to details made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your dedicated customer service and efforts to provide a high level of service are commendable.

The location of the property was great; however finding bugs in your bed and the AC not working properly is an immediate red flag. Although the staff was very accommodating after we reported the bugs in our bed with photo proof, I still feel the need to let future guests know of the experience. The valet only parking option isn't great. We waited 35 minutes for our vehicle when we were told to give them a 20 minutes notice. If you have specific times to be places, keep that in mind. We also paid $15 a day for two bottles of water (1st day only) and towels for a pool that wasn't functional and being repaired.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years back. Since Covid we have not been able to travel we were very anxious about traveling to a hotel that we had a wonderful experience with in the past. However this experience has been nothing but disappointing, horrible and expensive. Starting with the hotel staff. I am sorry that your job is horrible. Get another job if you cannot give the service to your guests that they paid for. This was not a Disney experience. Secondly, the hotel was in construction. We paid for a view of the ocean when we arrived we found a net obstructing the wonderful view of the ocean. Then the 8:00 am sound of the workers pounding on the building and the room next to us. I understand renovations but if you are going to have such a large renovation shut down the hotel and stop taking people’s money. Lastly, the extra fees they don’t tell you about until you arrive and then again the miserable staff not wanting to hear about any of your concerns. I will be contacting Ramada directly with the pictures and posting the information to my blog with 3k followers letting them know not to waist the time or money on this hotel. From the mold, lipstick on towels, the half renovated bathrooms, the noise and construction you would be foolish to stay. Learn from my experience.

They advertised 2 bedrooms, we were 4 of us.
They advertised 2 bedrooms, we were 4 of us. When we got there, it was only one bedroom, in which they had one queen bed and a toddler bed.
So we have to sleep on the sofa.
When asked about the bedrooms, the manager/ key giver, kept telling us to leave if you don't like the room. Tricky checking in. Afraid to give credit card or cash.
Safer and more peaceful to check in to a hotel with a lobby and real people working.

Close to the Aventura shopping center and right on the beach. Also easily accessed from Fort Lauderdale airport. We picked the location because we went there to go to a succor game at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

This place is one of the nicest places I have stayed.
This place is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The apartment was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Nothing at all. We arrived at 9am and asked if they had any room available. The answer was NO, no room until 3pm. So we asked if we could leave our luggage with them until that time. The answer was NO. No parking available. The woman at the check in desk was rude, so was the man that received us at the entrance. The hotel looked old and dirty so we told them if we could cancel our stay. The answer was NO, Call Booking. Finally we left the hotel and moved to another.
The room was horrible. A $200 room in $492 location. Walls cracked, needed paint, bathroom with rusting pipers, no amenities, an ancient bathtub, filthy windows, in useless location, justr a horrible experience for the price especially when you have no intention of laying on a beach completely shrouded in shade by the hotel.
Worst hotel in Miami Beach, AC did not work my family slept the night sweating and uncomfortable. Bathtub was clogged and water backed up, the pool was not properly cleaned and maintained. The hotel

This is our second stay in this hotel. We love the rooms and the staff. Super location. Breakfast is much better than it was last year. And there is free coffee station ob the first floor.
Location is great and rooms fine but hotel restaurant closed and very understaffed. Not at all what I expected from a Marriott and for the very expensive room prices on a holiday weekend.
This is a beautiful hotel! It is clean and has plenty of comfortable items to make you feel at home. We are in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.
