At the bed and breakfast, the units come with bed linen and towels. The property is owned by a lovely family that maintain the premises really well and also take great care of the guests. They offer an amazing breakfast, gave us great recommendations for the area and generally we felt we were taken care of. The place is in a quiet location close to the lake (would recommend a car to move around). The rooms, amenities and furniture are very well kept they seem like new. We had a great experience there - nothing negative to say about say Le Catarina.
Poisy

Extras include a safety deposit box. Almost everything- unsurpassed views, the breakfasts were very fresh with lots of homemade accompaniments. Very classy place.
Veyrier-du-Lac
Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast on the large terrace before cycling one of the routes around the lake. Le Clos du Lac provides free private parking, and Chamonix Mont-Blanc ski resort is an hour's drive away. Geneva is just a 45-minute drive away. The room and the view were exceptional, well designed , and the host Isabelle is very nice and welcoming

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful time. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The view and the terrase were amazing. Our room (Mont Blanc) was not big but it was organized perfectly and every little detail was well thought of. I wish I had an opportunity to use the well equipped shared kitchen but we only stayed for the night. The breakfast was fresh and exactly what we needed.

Very good place for one-two nights stop when you travel by car. 5-7 minutes driving to the Annecy historical city centre. Rooms are in good state and clean, breakfast is available for extra fee, free private parking.
Great location, good communication for meet and great, kitchen amenities were good, very comfy bed and quiet at night. Water pressure was a bit sad in the shower but I’ve stayed in lots of places with my 3 months of travelling so far and it was still ok compared to some places I’ve stayed, water was nice and hot which was good.
Location is both close to the station and city centre. Despite the station is in 2 minutes walk, there was very quiet in the room, and you feel safe outside. The bed, pillows and duvet were very comfortable.

Room and bath room size are very good, well furnished and most quiet. A good address if you don't want to stay in the charming city center, where parking is more challenging.
Very cool interior design and an exceptionally comfortable and quiet bedroom, making for a great night’s sleep. Private car parking on site was great to have in a city centre location and the staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendation.
