We arrived late and the staff were so accommodating. Great location for driving up to the lakes and dog friendly. Great size room too.
Allowed dogs, location and shops right nest door to get what you needed. Very basic but we expected but standards of room was not great. If refurbished does exactly what you pay for. Attention to detail is lacking for the customer .
Location was perfect, just a walk from town. Pet friendly so we could enjoy our time with our dog. Cute lay out, liked the mezzanine bedroom. Bright and airy, full of light. Sweet little kitchen with everything we needed.
We came with our dogs and found the hotel to be extremely dog friendly. Lovely treats for the dogs, a dog bed and water bowl provided in the room.
absolutely beautiful stay. stunning property in a lovely rural location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable, spacious with a very comfy bed and good shower. it is very dog friendly, they have their own special menu in the bar/restaurant and it was lovely to be able to bring our dog along to stay with us in the pet friendly room.
very homely and very clean. perfect location as well. pet friendly which was perfect as we could bring the dog. will definitely be staying here again when we come back to chester.
Dog friendly, staff made a fuss of my dog and there was a small shop for dog treats on-site and poo bags available at reception if required (not needed during this stay though), and no stairs to navigate for older pets.
The location was excellent - a short walk to the city centre. Staff on the front desk - Oliver and Abigail, could not have been more helpful. We needed to find dog-friendly restaurants and they rang round for us and made our bookings.
