Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for me and my family. Ella was great on the check in reception and also Dan the bar manager made sure everything was taken care of when we went for drinks in the evening.

We arrived late at night and they so warmly welcomed us and got us to our room. The room itself was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had since traveling in England. Great refurbished hotel, the pool was amazing, the rooms are great and the breakfast was VERY good!

The Mill Hotel and Spa is located alongside the Shropshire Union Canal, 5 minutes’ walk from Chester Station. It offers 5 eateries and a leisure centre with a pool.

Accommodation is in 2 wings on either side of the canal, joined by a glass walled footbridge. Rooms feature satellite TVs, free internet access and bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The property was in a good location, carpark was very useful and located well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. With great food and entertainment. A place I would like to visit again and recommend you to visit
