Exceptional accommodation with incredibly helpful management who will do anything to make your stay comfortable. We arrived on bikes and they very helpfully locked these safely away for us overnight. The pool was an additional bonus at the end of a very long bike ride - very special!! Our room was huge, very well sound insulated, warm and well equipped -even milk in the fridge for our hot drinks. The bathroom had an incredible shower and although we didn't need to eat in the restaurant, we had the most delicious chips ordered at the last minute and brought to our room! We have no hesitation to recommend this fabulous hotel and the surrounding Countryside for a peaceful and special break.

Everything. On arrival was greeted by Amanda and her lovely dog Trudie. They showed us our room in the front which was bright and airy. Fantastic shower! There was nothing we needed as Amanda had catered for everything. We was going out to eat and Amanda guided us where to go and what restaurants was on offer.
Lovely clean and comfortable bed, we slept well. We needed to be out by 8.30 and Amanda sorted breakfast early for us.

We were expecting a large room with a small kitchen area. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Shown to our room which was a double room apartment in a converted barn.

We were attending a 2 day family wedding at the nearby Wicksteed Park. So the location was extremely convenient as it was a 5 minute drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable
The showers were powerful and hot. Did not have time to use the spa, pool or gym but lots of others seemed to be enjoying the facilities

The hotel was conveniently located en route. We booked on the last minute, having decided to break up our journey. Dogs are accepted. Breakfast was quite good, including plenty of options.
