A double and single bedroom upstairs (be aware that in keeping with the vintage of the property the stairs are not for the faint hearted but there is a good sturdy handrail). Clean throughout and with all the usual amenities. Parking to the rear of the property. The highlight has to be the gorgeous cottage garden which is enclosed and was absolute heaven for my two dogs. The host Lee is super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend and hope to return for more that two nights next time.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very nice, modern caravan. Shower and toilets were clean. Kitchen was great had everything we needed. The facilities at Billing Aquadrome were great! We had a 4 year old and a baby, and it was very child friendly for kids and toddlers!! Nice grounds and lakes - and only a 10min walk to the main Venue (where you could also drive to if you prefer). The host communicated very clearly and effectively and even left a booklet of local things to do in the area! Android TV had Netflix and other fun stuff too!

Great location not too far to walk. Lots of little extras which made our stay great like playing cards, toys for little kids, Netflix and kitchen was fully equipped. We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts but this beats them all. What a hospitality and super nice people. if we can recommend a bed and breakfast then this is the one to be. Nothing is too much and everything is possible. Forgot to bring my coat, and it will just be sent to you. this is the place you should go. Not to forget the breakfast is also excellent. This is not a 10 but a 10 plus.
