Great cottage very comfortable and very clean with plenty space outside for the small dog, the cooking facilities were ample great coffee machine which the daughter loved. Our host Lee was superb due to traffic issues we were running very late so communication was perfect and put us at ease with no problems checking into the cottage. A nice gesture on arrival with milk biscuits and fresh juice. I would highly recommend this cottage if looking for a quiet idyllic setting and also 15min drive to the nearest town for shopping if required. The double bed was comfortable along with a large comfortable sofa in the living room and dining table for eating and chilling.

A stunning thatched cottage located in the picturesque village of Grafton Underwood, the property has a large garden area and outbuilding for bike storage (great cycle route) and two private parking spaces. The cottage is set back from the road and is now trendy and contemporary but retains its character and charm with original fireplaces and exposed beams The ground floor accommodation consists of a lounge with stairs rising to the first floor, window seat and access to the refitted kitchen which is superb with integrated induction hob, oven, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer and a very well appointed refitted shower room with feature vanity sink unit. To the first floor there are two bedrooms. This cottage boasts a large front garden which has been landscaped with a raised deck, large lawn and flower beds as well has three workshops and a wood store, which have also been renovated to a high standard, power and lighting fitted both outside.
Lee & Natalie love to travel and like to stay in places they have created in Grafton Underwood Our priority is to ensure your stay is comfortable and expectations are met
Grafton Underwood is a small village located on the outskirts of Kettering, St James Church steeped in history and a war memorial just down the road (old US airforce base) There are great cycle routes and also boasts its own award winning pub restaurant the Pig & Waffle
