It's a private house with guest rooms on a residential street about 30 minutes walk from Plaza De Armas - fairly quiet area apart from random barking dogs. Some nice communal areas, especially the large, well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine was useful. The host booked us a cab to the airport - very helpful. It's good value for money when all things considered even though we wouldn't choose to stay again.
