At the hotel, each room has a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. It is definitely a hotel that stands out in Arequipa. We booked it ad hoc as the other place we had didn’t meet our expectations and it was an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are taken care of properly. The room was spotless, very spacious, quiet and with a nice view, beds were super comfortable, large bathroom, big wardrobe. There is a restaurant and the food was amazing. A bit pricey but worth it. The staff, both in the lobby and in the restaurant, was very professional, helpful and polite. We had an early flight and asked for a transfer which was arranged with no problem. We also had our laundry done, it was a bit more expensive than we expected but, again, worth it. We planned to stay 1 night but extended our booking after all.

I can't rave enough about this place. Everything was just PERFECT. From the lovely, manicured gardens to the comfy beds & bedding, excellent wifi, plenty HOT water, equipped kitchen, well maintained house etc. We loved the quiet neighbourhood and green park just down the road. We could park our car inside the property but it is completely safe to park on the street. Travelling for an extensive period of time it was simply wonderful to have a real home for a week and would have stayed longer if time permitted. Arequipa's Industrial Park is a 4-minute drive. The property offers free parking and is a 15-minute drive to Rodriguez Ballon Airport. The service was impeccable. We arrived early but was still allowed to check in before the check in time. The location is about 5-10 minute drive from down town but that meant it was a great location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The included breakfast was also top notched and not just your boring continental breakfast. You chose from crepes, chicharronnes, sandwiches, and omelets. The front desk personnel were amazing and helped us get taxies. Lastly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The rooms had hot and warm water pressure, we'd totally go there again if we were staying in Arequipa.
