Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and bed was comfortable. Was awarded guest of the day and received complimentary, water, wine, chocolates and 50% off dinner. The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.
