Awesome location, lovely pool and spa area, good gym. Very friendly staff. Easy check in and out process. Usual Novotel high standard cleanliness and comfort.
Really a comfortable experience according to its price. I have been staying here for about five nights and meet friendly guys from different countries. But what surprises me is that there is only sheet without guilt. Maybe that's because Gold coast is near Sunny City-Brisbane.
The whole experience of Novotel was outstanding, My husband and I chose there for our honeymoon and they were so sweet, we even got a congratulations card with chocolate covered strawberries.
It's close to everything you need and want and a short walk to the beach, the staff were so polite and the breakfast buffet was great, their omelettes were so tasty and the scones with jam and cream, oh god I'll be thinking about them for weeks.
Overall probably our best experience with any hotel we've stayed at.
They should not badge this hotel a Sofitel, it’s a mid tier hotel at best. Old, tired, transactional staff, rubbish in public spaces, Absoloute minimum in room ammenities. It’s Accor 3 stars at best. The rate is absurd for the standard of this property.
Was on floor 27 room was nice view was nice it was quite noisey in the room and elevators were a little slow. Apart from that my stay was great.
I would stay at the Novotel again.
The staff were super fantastic!!! So helpful and very friendly! We needed extra toilet paper and the man in the front was so precious! Got it very quick! Absolutely loved the location!!! Easy to walk to restaurants and retail shops! We caught the train which in legit 1 min walk! The room was spot on! Had everything we needed! And was just right for our stay, definitely a 10/10 in my books. Would recommend and definitely come back! Thank you to the staff at novotel!! Keep up the great work!!
