There is an on-site bar, restaurant, cafe, fitness centre and conference facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and bed was comfortable. Was awarded guest of the day and received complimentary, water, wine, chocolates and 50% off dinner. What a lovely surprise!! Easy walking distance to train station, local market, Strand mall and the numerous eateries everywhere. Will stay again

Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is ideally located only 20 minutes drive south east of Melbourne's CBD, mid way to the beautiful Dandenong Ranges and only 35 minute drive to some of Victoria's best wineries, in the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula regions. Quiet, personnel at reception were very friendly and helpful

facilities, location and experience of staying at the novotel was all excellent. staff were welcoming and friendly
Staff were incredibly friendly. Arrived at the start of tasting hour and got a complimentary coffee for my father and me through the Accor rewards system. Hotel was very clean and so well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station!
3 main issues, 1. no heat, even after switching to heat mode from aircon. I manage to try another aiecon from the next room it's the same. 2. the TV reception hours supposed to last till 9:30pm according to the label but there's no one manning the reception at 9:05pm. 3. intettmitent internet connections. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Very central. Everything I go to Melbourne for is within walking distance of the Novotel.
The staff were ALL exceptionally polite, warm, courteous and professional. All of our needs were met. The location was perfect for our weekend away. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful from the moment the automatic doors opened on our arrival and we were met graciously by the concierge members all the way to the reception teams. The twin room was a relaxing sanctuary . The restaurant was exquisite . We will certainly recommend Novotel South Wharf to everyone and look forward to returning!
A perfect getaway. The property is beautiful, with stunning views and a range of relaxing amenities. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, as well as being genuinely spotless (even according to our arguably slightly clean-freak standards). Bronnie and Neil are lovely and accommodating, but also provide plenty of space and quiet for guests to enjoy the property and communal areas as they like. Exactly what we needed for a quiet anniversary away! Can't wait to return for our next one :)
Break fast was awesome . The staff were excellent . The building is ageing but was priced accordingly
Novotel is not worth the money. Water is a very basic that needs to be in the room, which was not there. No concierge/receptionist at night. No valet parking for a hotel like that. We definitely would not be coming back.
Customer service was very good. Being an Accor member, 2 free drinks was lovely too, and as we haven’t been to Novotel Melbourne for 2 years, it was like coming home!
