Boasting a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities, Peak District Shepherds Hut provides accommodation in Hope with free WiFi and garden views. Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

We are a couple from California on a road trip around UK. Last minute we booked Explorers Retreat and we were greatly impressed with the comfortable place and employees kindness. And at good price a room with microwave, mini fridge and anything you need to prepare a light meal. Also very quiet.
Upper Hulme

Amazing location with beautiful views. We very much enjoyed the hot tub! Would recommend and visit again !
Bakewell

The bed was super comfortable and there was lots of room. It was only a 2 minute walk into the town centre.

Location is nice, there are roads around the lake but not heard much. Cool on hot days.

Like everything, very quiet location, spacious lodges, can’t fault it, we really enjoyed it.
Lodged in a small private cabin by the main Inn, the lodging was modest but had everything you might need in terms of facilities and toiletries. A place was laid out for us at breakfast before we arrived and the food arrived fast and well-presented. Also ate here for dinner a couple of times and their menu was great. The view is also spectacular.

The little lodges were lovely, warm , clean, and the bed was comfortable. The linen was crisp and lush. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection.
It was well equipped. Very clean. Lots of storage. Very comfortable bed. A smashing place right in the centre of Bakewell. Apart from the sofa and the slip mat...which are minor things really we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend Sleep Lodges.
We stayed here for my husbands 30th. I’d looked at lodges with a hot tub but the prices were extortionate. I found this and thought it was such a great idea! We stayed in the jacuzzi suite with sauna and it was just perfect! We felt like we were on a proper holiday, we didn’t leave the room all night!! The bed was huge and so comfy! It’s the best night sleep I’ve had for a while! We also got some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a card which was a lovely touch, and they were delicious!!
