I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

A very good hotel, scandinavian style, very clean and confortable, good quality for amenities. Great position, close to TS and everything actually. The room had only one disadvantage, the view - however we spent very little time in the room and did noy feel it too badly.

So busy & packed with people, buskers & vehicles. Go downstairs to the amazing food gallery where you buy anything your tastebuds delight in. Buy a single something or an entire meal to either eat in or take away. It is so inexpensive & as fresh as you could imagine. Take your purchases across the Circle & eat in Central Park for a real buzz.
+ amazing location right next to Central Park, close to lots of wonderful sights, and close to Columbus Circle subway which takes you basically anywhere

Perfect location next to Central Park and close to Columbus Circle subway. Good base for exploring Manhattan. All the staff on site was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Location was absolutely brilliant. 2 mins from the Columbus circle subway station.
The 6 bed dormitory was a decent size and included towels which was a nice touch. Wasn't that easy to get a bathroom in busy times there was sometimes a short wait and the floor was often wet meaning u needed to wear shoes to go to the toilet from your room.
