The staff were excellent and so was the location of the hotel but the room did not meet our expectation. The shower has a design fault and water is going outside the bathroom! The mattress has extremely poor quality ( totally worn and shape of a “U”)

We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

So busy & packed with people, buskers & vehicles. Go downstairs to the amazing food gallery where you buy anything your tastebuds delight in. Buy a single something or an entire meal to either eat in or take away. It is so inexpensive & as fresh as you could imagine. Take your purchases across the Circle & eat in Central Park for a real buzz.

The hotel itself is perfectly situated, very close to Central Park, Columbus Circle, main streets are close, as well as subway, shops, etc. The best place to stay. And the bakery downstairs - just awesome.
Park Lane Hotel offers an unbeatable location right across from Central Park and just a short walk from Columbus Circle. The room had an exceptional view, making our stay even more memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, ensuring a wonderful experience.
The Lobby is beautiful and the staff friendly and willing to help. The location directly next to Lincoln Center and only 5min walk from Central Park was perfect. There were also two subway stations within 5min walking distance (Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle).
Right across the road from Carnegie Hall, only a short stroll away from Central Park and Columbus Circle, the location couldn’t be any better. There are several subway lines nearby as well as a number of nice diners. Being in a hectic part of town 56th Street isn’t overly busy so noise level was acceptable (at least on the 22nd floor). The room itself wasn’t special but offered everything we needed and expected. Water was always nice and hot.
