Perfect location and I am sure that with whatever rate the hotel will continue overbooked due to its location.

The location of the property was ideal for us, when making journeys to other parts of the city. The room was a big size, with very comfortable bed, also outside noise was very minimal so didn’t affect sleep. The rooftop bar and pool area very good with nice views.
The staff all very nice and helpful, in general we had a great stay.

Central Park is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York city. Located smack in the middle of the city you can explore and enjoy so many outdoor activities like the Zoo, ice skating, Belvedere Castle, Playgrounds for children, running, reading and even people watching is a thing.

Book the horse and cart ride with the group that have a team waiting on a line to the left as you base the park, they will take 5 people and it’s cheaper. They people that bombard you say 4 max so if there are 5 you have to get w carts… this is not the case. Was nice to be shown a route round, be informed of the local landmark and then walk round a different route to see them again on our ouwn time. It’s worth going to the visitor centre for a map.

Beautiful park, huge, horse and carriage rides.
Beautiful park, huge, horse and carriage rides. Artists displaying their artwork. The IMAGINE tribute to John Lennon is a very moving experience!!! Sometimes people sing together and play instruments!!! As a huge BEATLES fan, I have been there three times over a 12 year period and I still find it very emotional

This isn't your average, American park !
This isn't your average, American park ! You'll want to stay there at least a couple hours (or more) to really enjoy it. Bring food and plan a picnic there. Also, enjoy the various modes of transportation (scooters, bikes, horse carriages) to enjoy the park road and explore this immense space.
Excellent location: subway stations for most lines are in close walking distance; many shops and restaurants are very close to the hotel. Our favourite: "Le Pain Quotidien". A load of theaters are around the hotel. Central Park and Times Square, and many other interesting spots, like "The Edge" at Hudson Yards, or the cable car to Roosevelt Island, or the Rockefeller Center ... are all very close to the hotel. The rooms are not very large, but clean. The bathroom is relatively large. Coffee machine in the room.
Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with Times Square and Central Park an easy walk away. Professional staff and maids came every day with fresh towels. Couldn't really fault the place.
The location of the apartment is excellent. It's peaceful. Central Park is a 20-minute walk away. Metro and bus stations are a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Considerung the negative reviews that you tend to read on NYC hotel rooms we were positively impressed by this hotel, the room was sufficiently spacious, the windows were noise-proof and the shades made the room completely dark at night, despite much lighting around (as is normal for NYC), the bed was very good, as was everything else.
Location was top for us, close to Central Park and a subway stop right in front of the hotel. We were very happy with our choice and would go there again.
Honestly, one of my top 3 stays in my entire travel history. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to Central Park and in a very nice area of NYC. It’s relatively quiet for New York standards, yet super well connected to the more touristy areas. Staff is super friendly and laid back. They make you feel at home. The rooms admittedly are small but they are very clean. They have good coffee in the morning - a proper Nespresso machine. I am booking this again next time I visit town.
Room was great for New York and lived up to our expectations. Hotel is very nice as are the staff who were very prompt whenever we asked for anything and the area felt very safe with local groceries and places to eat as well as Central Park all in walking distance.
The hotel is really well located, next to Times Square and in front of Central Park. Subway station is really close by and easy to reach from JFK. There are good restaurant around to have breakfast and dinner.
The rooms are very clean and quite spacious for 4 people. Check in and check out were easy. The lobby is elegant and very New York!! We were really happy!

What guests said about Central Park:

try to organise by location. NY is huge so museums and Central Park together made sense. Also, try to get started early morning and look to avoid mid-afternoon.

Don't forget to pack your comfy shoes or trainers this is the best place to explore on foot and if you get a little tired, take a rest in Central park or Grand Central or the New York Public Library. If you get really tired or if the weather turns make sure you invest in a weekly Subway pass the best way to get from the top to the bottom of the city for only 30 dollars!!!

Take a walk out the hotel and you are only1 block from Central Park You can take a horse drawn carriage or a bike powered tour around the park. You are only two blocks from 5th Avenue and all the shopping your arms can carry.
