Don't miss the exciting LUGE rides downhill for terrific family fun. Seniors enjoyed the easy riding paths and terrific staffing who helped us up off our low luge at the bottom of the hill. Thank you! Relaxing return to top of hill on sky lifts, short lines waiting for our turn to do it again and again 6x! What fun for our special needs child too who rode down on the "camera car" seat behind mine! Family fun worth buying the multiple trip tickets!!!

Riding up in the gondola, the view gradually unfolds and expands till at the top, Rotorua is laid out magnificently before you. Lots of activities for all or simply enjoy the view. The food on offer is pretty basic at the cafe but the restaurant looked very nice so next time I’d go there.

Sky had all channels, loved the 2 bathrooms in the apartment, good location close to eateries, walking distance to Skyline Rotorua and short drive to town. Loved the ambience, the welcome personalized message, the pukekos along the fence line, the family vibe and cleanliness.
Very quiet with beautiful sceneries, yet the location is perfect to easily reach the attractions, especially Skyline Rotorua. (Just 5-min walk)
Smooth self check-in coz we arrived late (after office hours).
In-room service is available, we ordered breakfast and it just came on time, exactly at the time we requested.
