I am familiar with the Commodore having stayed there and held business events there for many years, so always feel confident rebooking. The location is great - accessible to the airport, city and wider Christchurch areas. The facilities and services are both excellent. The staff made me a fruit salad even though it wasn't on the menu, which I was very grateful for.

The Airport Gateway Motor Lodge was a great place to stay. We were only there one night before our flight the next day but it had everything that is required. The kitchenette had all the utensils required for cooking, the bathroom was lovely and the bed comfy. The free airport shuttle was a bonus. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
