I've stayed at the Sudima a couple of times and always had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very comfortable with nice décor, lovely beds and everything you need. I really like having the little kitchen, the coffee machine and the hair straighteners (such an unexpected bonus). The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet has lots of options including plenty of fruit, Danishes, smoothies, muesli and a good selection of hot food.

I am familiar with the Commodore having stayed there and held business events there for many years, so always feel confident rebooking. The location is great - accessible to the airport, city and wider Christchurch areas. The facilities and services are both excellent. The staff made me a fruit salad even though it wasn't on the menu, which I was very grateful for.

It was wonderful to get back to NZ after 5 weeks in Europe and have a beautiful and comfortable room for 2 nights. Living on the West Coast, we took the opportunity to shop for work before heading home. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Dinner was divine. Thanks for a great stay.

We got an amazingly good deal on the price. Good location, quiet Street but still close to the centre of town and only a block off Hagley Park and the Avon. Modern decor, good amenities for a small room and comfy bed.
A comfortable home away from home. There are timesbwhen I must stay in Christchurch or work employment, and this will be my preferred choice. Very near majestic Hagley Park, and close to the CBD by the beautiful Avon River, and the lovely Team that runs in the Central Business District.
We found the street -side unit too noisy but our hosts relocated us to a quieter unit which was great

Nice motel near Hagley Park. Definitely does the job for a quick family stay during Graduation Week. Staff was very friendly and allowed luggage storage pre and post check in/out. Apartment itself was nice and tidy. Shower pressure was excellent. Overall well kept and good value for money!

Location to the city and Hagley Park is excellent. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, modern bathrooms, peaceful and secure. Having our own carpark was a huge bonus. And the little extras of biscuits and tea and coffee much appreciated
