The host is rude, arrogant, and a bully. She text me on my phone and called me stupid. She was rude when I contacted her that I could not access the key box on site. She was irritated and not helpful when I called. She said rude said things to herself not realizing that she had not disconnected her phone. I submitted the screenshot of the actual text along with this review and was rejected by moderators as being in appropriate.
