I booked the Sanctuary Suite as I was really interested in the pool within the room. Front desk told me that there were technical issues with the pool and upgraded me to the Sky Sanctuary Suite.
I can only say that was the best gift ever because I booked the room for my wedding proposal. The whole thing came out fantastic.
Staffs were super friendly and helpful as well.

The rooms are great, beds are super comfortable. Having chromecast on the tv was a nice bonus for chill time. The hotel is in a great location and the cafe area is really nice. The cafe makes the best coffee we’ve found in Malaysia. Staff are super friendly, we even had delicious biscuits hand delivered to our door one day. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely hotel, which is big but has a boutique feel due to the incredible staff who are so helpful and polite. The pool area is lovely and clean. The spa is so lovely and relaxing with great staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great selection.

In the centre of KL city, MRT and monorails are less than 10 minutes walking distance. Very near Jalan Alor eating street. Facilities are largely clean and working. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful. The lifts are efficient and fast.
The best part of the hotel is the location, which is within walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT, within Jalan Alor Food Street, about 10 min walk to Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion and Starhill. I could even walk to KLCC (about 15 to 20 mins). The rates for this hotel are reasonable, it looks nice and while the room is small, it has all the basic amenities.
My room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent being a 5 minute walk away from Jalan Alor which is one of the best food streets in the world. There were bars and good shopping very close and the MRT station was a short walk away
Clean and comfortable. Not a bad price at all as it's a very busy area on weekends and other hostels are very expensive. Staff were friendly and good security here too. Jalan Alor only a few minutes walk with great variety of food. Near all public transport.

If you want to walk to Jalan Alor street food it take around 15 mins from hotel but normally around the hotel it have many local restaurant.
All staff are very nice,room very clean and it very new in the room also have iron so it better for us.
We get room floor 36 and view so good we can see KL tower and also twin tower a little bit.
We travel as a family of 6 and it really exceeded my expectation from the pre-arrival to departure.
Cleanlines- the apartment suite is really maintain.
Location- it's just stone throw away to Petronas Twin Tower , Suria KLCC, KLCC Aquaria , Menara KL Tower and to Bukit Bintang Street Food at Jalan Alor. Everything is accesible from this apartment.
View- nothing can beat this. When you look to your Left side you can see the Menara KL Tower and when you look at your right you can see the Petronas Twin Tower.
The whole smart control thingy just made things so easy to make us wanna stay longer.
Kinda like those Japanese traveller hotel but nicer and bigger.
Will continue to choose this hotel for future stays.
Food street - Jalan Alor is just around the corner thus no worries on food choices.
Shopping mall - Pavilion is also just around the corner. Like a 10 mins walk so all is good.

Lady in the reception the first day was very helpful and friendly.
Doorman was good and helped with our luggage quite quickly.
Hotel room (King) has a kettle, fridge, tea/coffee, robes and slippers. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush, cotton buds were provided. Hairdryer also in the room. No iron/ironing board.
Room in the back facing the alley was quieter at night time than in front.
