People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

Murah dan Bersih. While I'm searching for an immediate 1 night stay with a budget under RM150 for 4 people, this is the best. The best part is that it is clean and the toilet is superb for that price compared to other hotels. Will repeat if needed.

Very good experience! I live in a deluxe family room. The room is comfortable, the toilet is spacious (wheelchairs can enter the toilet), and the hotel location is very close to the USJ/Sunway center.
I have stayed at the Dorsett Grand for a few times and it's a safe option if you want to stay near Shah Alam or in the heart Subang Jaya. Breakfast is decent and amenities are good.
