Love the location. Variety of restaurants. However, staff to slow to act. And please have a staff to carry our luggage especially the room in 2nd floor. No lift. Difficult for me travelling with kids to carry a lot of stuff alone to 2nd floor. Room service is excellent. I left my gold chain under the pillow. It was still there. They came n remind me to be careful. I am very grateful.

a quiet country that can give you country and town feelings. Public transport are easy excess. Food all around the town area. late night food also available. Should try Satay Kajang and local food. Must. Shopping heaven with nearby venue to explore, IOI, Jusco,Putrajaya, Cheras.
The parking is juz Infront of the hotel, the bed is ok but there was stained on the sheet 😞 and the towel also need to change the new one..the lift so unique..I didn't expect the lift..time to check in n check out so easy...the staff also so nice
the swimming pool lounge area, was simply a nice place to sit quiet. also nice to see the pool in use, but I did not swim myself. I also admired the excercise room with the equipment, a good asset for the hotel.
The studio is bright and kept spotless! Process of getting the keys was straightforward, and parking location easy to get to. Has a great view of Kajang. I’ve already booked a few more nights here.
