This 3 star rated hotel was higher quality then the 4 star rated hotels I stayed in Kyoto and Tokyo. The room was very modern and spacious. Location is very close to the Midousuji line and is in a quiet area of town, halfway between metropolitan Umeda and Shinsaibashi and Namba. You'll have to either walk or take a subway to get anywhere.

I really loved the privacy and how close it was to multiple train stations. We were very happy that it was in a quiet area but a close trip to many attractions including Universal Studios, Osaka Castle and Namba. Also a short train ride to the Osaka-Umeda stations if we wanted to go outside Osaka. The apartment itself had everything we needed. If we felt like eating breakfast in, cutlery and dishes were provided. If eating in the area, there was plenty of options that surprised us just by wandering around.
Location is close to Umeda station and street with many restaurants. Room is ok Japanese size, that means without having luggage it is perfect but with luggage can be challenging, for us was fine since we carry only hand luggage. They offer breakfast but we didn't take it considering 7 eleven is 50m away :) for anyone that plans to take day trips from Osaka this hotel is perfect
The apartment was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine and the ability to dry clothes in the heated shower. The location is excellent, close to 3 train stations. It is 1 train from Osaka station to Universal Studios and Shin-Osaka station, 1 train to Kyoto and Dontonburi from Umeda station and 1 train to Osaka Castle from Nakazakichō Station. Lots of konbinis, restaurants and shopping nearby.
I loved the onsen! Modern and chic facility. Location was great, near the Umeda Station and Hankyu Mall, but also close to Osaka Station. Would def stay here again!

The location is great, 7 minutes from Umeda station and near Estreet, but far enough to be very quiet.
The hotel is located at a prime location in Umeda and linked to shopping malls nearby which is convenient to leave your shopping bags in your room before heading out again for meals.
It is also walking distance to the Umeda Station, specifically the Osaka Loop Line which brings you to USJ within 30minutes ride. The self laundry room was great and easy to use with clear instructions provided. Avoid the peak time and you would definitely be able to use it without any hassle.
This hotel had wonderful, helpful staff at the front desk and very comfortable rooms. And so much food! The hotel is within walking distance of so many restaurants. Fairly close to Umeda station and lots of shopping. There’s also a drugstore and a convenience store right next door.
