My mother and I were originally going to stay in a regular twin room, but earlier in our trip in Japan she sprained her foot and needed to use a wheelchair. Upon contacting this hotel, they switched us to a twin accessible room and it was excellent. The bathroom was 100% accessible, including a good shower chair so my mum could sit down while showering. There were no steps in the room at all. The staff were very helpful. Location is close to public transport, and taxis. Having a chemist and a konbini on the ground floor was very helpful. I was so happy with the hotel, that when circumstances required me to come back to Osaka after getting my mum on a plane at Kansai, I stayed here again.

- room is spacious and comfy - good value for money - location is reasonable; right next to kitashinchi station exit 43, can be reached via short walk from osaka station - free public bath access; bath is small and gets crowded if more than 3/4 people are in it, but fun experience regardless

The hotel is super well located, like 7 minutes walk from the train station, and a lot of restaurants around, the room was big enough for 3 people. Plus there is an onsen with all the amenities you need. Everything is super clean, and information is available in English. There are also washing machines and dryers which is a big plus! The staff were super nice, very helpful with high professional standards. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The reception staff at this hotel are very helpful. We needed to keep luggage at the hotel well before and after check in and that was not bother to them. It's a quiet p;lace with great facilties.

It feels like a fairly new hotel and at a very convenient location with restaurant just at the back street, pharmacy next to it as well. A short walk opposite and cross junction will take you to a bus stop that goes to many attractions. We love taking buses compare to trains, so it works just perfect for us. Will definitely return again! Thank you.

Once we understood the B1 and B2 levels joining the whole of the Umeda area, we realised just how wonderfully located the hotel is. I now understand why the restaurant is only open for breakfast. There are literally hundreds of restaurants within a very short distance.
