We left the luggage earlier so we can roam around and they accomodated our request. When checking in we were surprised and impressed that the luggage was delivered to our room! I also requested prior checking in if they can give me the high floor and skytree view. They responded promptly and said the room I booked does not have skytree view but they assigned me to high floor with a glimpse view of the skytree! Superb stay! Close to train station, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, clean rooms and most especially staffs are very welcoming and accommodating! Highly recommended for everyone who wish to stay in Tokyo at reasonable price!
I went to so many hotels but This hotel is the best, breakfast is amazing and people are so friendly and careful. I liked the 7th floor ( good to realax) and also the toilet and bathroom very clean. Rooms are very clean and staff pass by every day to change bedsheet . I will recommend you this hotel cause I had a good experience .
