Julie at reception from the moment we arrived ,could not have made us feel any more welcome, all the staff from reception to dining to cleaning were all amazing and genuinely nice and caring towards our family.

The room was great ,I was up graded to an executive room , pity I didnt have time to try out the jacuzzi bath.
Pity the rooms do not have air conditioning . Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and staff were lovely.
Dinner staff were lovely and i had the roast beef of the day which was lovely and veg were cooked to perfection.
