You think this location is out in the sticks, well it may not be in the town but it is a great spot for visiting nearby cities and attractions in 2 counties. Despite being located on a main road into Wexford, the rooms are quiet and the food in the pub is good. Dogs are accommodated at no extra charge.
Situated in New Ross and only 12 km from Carrigleade Golf Course, An Cúinín features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Ann and Paddy were very generous, friendly hosts. It was nice to stay put for a few days to catch up in washing and cook our own food. After moving around so much it was lovely to have some tasty things in the fridge and on the bench awaiting us.
Situated just north of the town of New Ross, B&B The Ferry House offers free on-site parking to all guests.

My trip started with a lovely welcome from Lisa, she showed me around the site and gave me excellent tips on where to and see, big bonus Lisa recommended a lovely place for morning ☕coffee just 10 minutes walk away she made sure I had everything I needed, and introduced me to her beautiful big huggable dog, I would happily have brought him home, all in all an excellent x-ray
The location is perfect with just a short stroll to the centre with plenty of great hostelries and shops. The Dunbrody famine ship is a two minute walk with great visitor amenities and a stunning view of the river. We also went to the JFK arboretum which is full of beautiful walks and great coffee and homemade cakes.
Altogether just a fantastic base to tour the area and enjoy the town from this amazing property.
We stayed 3 nights in Inishross House. Bridget was a wonderful hostess and ensured everything was perfect. Breakfast was superb with an excellent full Irish and lots of choices of yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, scones and brown bread, and a surprise pancake with whipped cream. Very central location and close to lovely pubs and the Dunbrody Famine Ship, which is well worth a visit.
