The most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in!
The team exceeded all expectations for our stay.
It was an extra special stay for us, as my boyfriend decided to propose to me at the resort.
The team did the most incredible job helping organise my proposal with my boyfriend. They gave him a number for a photographer, and organised the most beautiful setup of a private dinner table, love heart flower arch and flowers bouquets for it. It was breathtaking!!!

The hotel stay itself was 10/10. Our room was just to die for! The bathtub on the balcony looking over the jungle… WOW

The bathroom was gorgeous. They even had this lovely candle burning for when we checked in so the room smelt like a spa! It was the attention to detail that I just loved.
The staff are wonderful. They really treat you like royalty and make a fuss.

All was great: perfect location and atmosphere, friendly staff and not overcrouded, you can always enjoy the pool. Additionaly Sri Ratih has a good kitchen, always delicious breakfast and service all the day. We liked message and were waiting for indonesian bedtime stories every evening.

Excellent breakfast with good options from European to Indonesian choices. Good coffee. We were upgraded to the best suite on the top floor a modern spacious private pavillion retreat for 4, with separate outdoor dining/lounge and large private pool.
