As soon as I approached the hotel, it looked impressive, well located, 5mins walk from Northampton Station, great decor and the staff were lovely checking me in.

The breakfast was cooked to order and was really tasty and good value for money. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. I have a mobility disability and the stairs were quite difficult, but they helped me with my suitcase and made me feel really supported. I did not have an accessible room, however the room I had was fine for my level of requirement, including the shower and toilet facilities. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to people travelling to Northampton. It is situated not far from the town centre and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.
