Checking in was a breeze. The delightful lady at the front desk gave us clear directions to walk into the central area of Bath. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and the best pillows. We stayed in room 1, which had its private entrance, allowing us to return late without using the main entrance. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding—easily the best place we stayed during our travels in the UK.
